Tania is a Burnaby native with a BSc. from Simon Fraser University. She is trained in Modo Level 1, Modo Flow, Modo Fit, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. She decided to pursue her interest in yoga after working in the restaurant industry and the construction industry. For Tania, yoga helps bring emotional clarity— through the physical practice of yoga she is able to work through emotions and express them in a healthy way. She enjoys teaching yoga to help others be comfortable within themselves and to ignite a curiosity to learn more. The Modo Pillar she is currently working on is Be Community, because so much more is achievable when we work together!
