Hi I’m Tania and I’m a Burnaby native, having lived here my whole life. I have a BSc. from Simon Fraser University. I am trained in Modo Level 1, Modo Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga. I decided to pursue my interest in yoga after working in the restaurant industry and the construction industry. To me, yoga helps find emotional clarity. Through the physical practice of yoga I am able to work through my emotions and express them in a healthy way. I enjoy teaching yoga to help others be comfortable within themselves and to ignite a curiosity to learn more. The Modo Pillar that I am working on is Be Community, because so much more is achievable when we work together.
