My introduction to yoga and “Stretch-dance” classes was in my early teens in Toronto. I loved how the movements made me feel, and it was fun! In my adult life while still fun, yoga shifted to a much deeper place; a healing practice on and off the mat. I love Modo –  It worked for me right from my first class in Edmonton 2009. I felt the intention of the community and the deep connection to the pillars. I am trained in Modo Level 1 and 2, Modo Flow, Nidra, Yin, Chair Yoga, Curvy Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga.
