I really enjoy group fitness and yoga classes for the balance they give my life physically and mentally but especially for the power they have to bring all kinds of different people together. I am certified to guide Modo, Modo Flow and Modo Fit classes. I am also certified in guiding a relaxation technique called Yoga Nidra and offer a series called ‘Get To Know Nidra’. Music also holds a special place within my yoga practice and I love sharing those precious music classes with the Burnaby community. The six pillars of Modo have had a huge impact on my way of life. Currently I am most interested in the ‘Live to Learn’ pillar. I am thirsty for new knowledge especially when related to bio-mechanics and I find the more dedicated to the ongoing practice of learning I am, the better student and teacher I can be.
