I began my love affair with movement beginning with dance before adventuring into multiple different sport teams. A concussion on the rugby pitch however took me off the field and onto a yoga mat. I found Modo Yoga in Nanaimo and eventually joined the team on Energy Exchange, then reception, then teacher! I am trained in Modo level 1, Flow and Yin. Yoga is a healing tool for me and I continue to discover the importance of breath and awareness on and off the mat. Curiosity, play, gratitude and living to learn are key for me.
