I have been a yoga enthusiast for many years. Yoga has helped me manage anxiety and a debilitating back injury using Fit and Modo as rehabilitation. My life’s purpose is to help motivate others to be their best. I am trained in Modo Level 1 and Modo Fit. My classes tend to challenge students to connect with themselves, moving in their own ranges of motion. Yoga is a large part of my daily routine and I also apply the teachings to all parts of my life. I will continually strive to make yoga accessible to all.
